Highlights of 13th AFCMA Congress

At the recently concluded 13th AFCMA Congress which was held in Taipeh, from 25th to 27th Nov 2004, , Dr CK Chang and Sister TE Arlene presented a paper on NaPro(Natural Procreation) Technology which is acceptable to people of all faiths. This new technology was developed at the Pope Paul VI Institute in Oregan, USA. NaPro involves systematic charting of a women's cycle and combines the Creighton Model System with other medical approaches in order to achieve sucess rates of up to 80% in the treatment of infertility. It can also evaluate and treat chronic vaginal discharge, premenstrual syndrome, post partum depression, preterm labour and others.
